Verista Appoints Michael Laferrera as Chief Executive Officer

Laferrera is a seasoned healthcare and pharma services executive with more than 35 years of experience driving growth, innovation, and operational excellence across highly regulated environments. He joins Verista at a pivotal stage of growth as the company continues to expand its integrated end-to-end compliance, validation, and digital enablement offerings.

During his tenure, the company experienced significant growth through a combination of strategic acquisitions and organic expansion, driving meaningful increases in enterprise value. Earlier in his career, Laferrera held senior sales and marketing leadership roles within the pharmaceutical industry, building a strong foundation in commercialization and supply chain operations.
