The name change reflects the next phase of the firm’s success focused on partnering with entrepreneurs and management teams to build industry leading companies in growth markets with an emphasis on strong recurring revenue and predictable operating results.
Since the mid-1990s, founders Rich Erickson and Conor Mullett have led direct investments of over $250 million in invested capital in more than 20 growth focused companies. To date, over half of those investments have led to IPOs or strategic acquisition exits yielding enterprise value well in excess of $1 billion. Over the course of their combined 50+ years of experience they have founded and managed both operating businesses and investment firms and were instrumental in raising over $500 million in capital from leading institutional investors that included university endowments, pension funds, family offices and funds.
