We partner exclusively with founder-owned, lower middle market Business Services and Tech-Enabled Services companies. We seek companies with durable revenue models, high customer retention, and the operational leverage to scale. We're not generalists chasing deals across sectors — we go deep where we have an edge and a thesis to win. Sub-sectors where we have direct experience include Compliance, IT Services, Industrial Services, and Marketing Services. If the business has a defensible niche in a fragmented market, we'd like to hear from you.
We target businesses generating $2M–$15M in EBITDA — a segment of the market where founder-owners have built something real, but institutional capital and strategic horsepower can meaningfully accelerate what comes next. These are companies with proven unit economics and a clear path to platform-level scale.
While our headquarters is in West Palm Beach, Florida, we invest all across the United States, with no geographic constraints on where the right opportunity can be found.

Our Operating Advisors are former executives — not consultants — who have built and scaled businesses in the sectors where we invest. They engage directly with portfolio company leadership on specific challenges: sales force effectiveness, technology infrastructure, operational efficiency, and finance and reporting. They're part of the value creation toolkit, not a box we check.

We don't manage to an artificial timeline. Hold periods depend on the growth trajectory, market conditions, and the strategic logic of each exit. Our goal is to build businesses that can command premium valuations from the right next owner — whether that's a strategic or a larger financial sponsor — and we'll stay the course until we've maximized that outcome.
