Independent Sponsors raise their capital on a per transaction basis and are typically working a variety of capital sources that include Family Offices/Sovereign Wealth Funds, traditional Private Equity Institutional Capital and Mezzanine and BDC Funds. The panel will explore the relationship with these capital sources and their perspectives on their relationships with Independent Sponsors.
