Lightview Capital has announced a strategic majority investment in Vermana, a newly formed platform combining three affiliated commercial pool companies—Vermana, Pulexa, and nV Pools—headquartered in Orlando, Florida.

 

The platform offers full-service commercial pool maintenance, renovation, and construction across Florida and the Southeastern U.S., with plans to expand through strategic acquisitions and a unified rebrand.

Edgar Marinelarena will serve as CEO of Vermana, alongside founders Andres Gomez and Domingo Gonzalez.
