NexusTek, a leading Denver-based managed IT services and business software consulting services firm, announced today they have acquired the assets of Illumen. The former CEO of Illumen, J. Michael Jenner, will move into the role of CEO at NexusTek. Jenner is a recognized industry leader in IT services, with more than 25 years of experience in outsourcing managed services, software and IT.

The transaction expanded NexusTek to more than 50 Denver-based employees providing service to well over 500 clients, establishing the Company as one of the largest locally-headquartered IT firms serving small and medium-sized businesses.
